About
I build and lead security programs that hold up in the real world โ vulnerability management at enterprise scale, application security woven into how teams ship, and incident response that works under pressure.
I spent more than fifteen years at Georgia Tech defending a sprawling, open-by-design research network, eventually serving as Principal Information Security Engineer. Today I lead Vulnerability Management and Application Security at IHG Hotels & Resorts, securing systems that serve guests at thousands of properties around the world. I still teach the graduate security incident response course I co-wrote at Georgia Tech, because the best way to stay sharp is to explain it to smart people who ask hard questions.

Beyond Work
Gardening
Patch management of a different kind. There's no better antidote to a day of CVEs than soil under your fingernails and something green that actually grows when you tend it.
Squirrel Rehabilitation
I rehabilitate orphaned and injured squirrels โ raising them, getting them healthy, and releasing them back to the wild. Turns out incident response skills transfer surprisingly well to small, fast-moving mammals.
Projects for Fun
Little browser games I've built on the side โ mostly for my friends' kids โ as a fun way to learn how to use AI for coding. No installs, just click and play.
